Refund Policy

This notice explains how Grace Financial Coaching will respond to requests for refunds based on the following criteria.

1. All In-Person or Virtual Courses

    Once a person(s) have completed registration for either in-person or virtual courses, then Grace Financial Coaching prepares materials for lessons

    based on the number of students registered for a specific course. These materials include but are not limited to presentation slides, handouts, activities,

    and so forth. Preparation does take time, effort, and supplies to complete the lesson support materials.  Due to this factor, once a person(s) have 

    registered for either an in-person or virtual course, refunds will be handled based on an individual basis of circumstances and not guaranteed. 

2. All In-Person Financial Coaching Contracts 

    Every client receives a free one-hour collaboration consultation appointment to learn more about personal financial coaching. If all parties agree to 

    continue with coaching services, then by agreeing to collaborate with me, you understand that my fees are non-refundable. If you decide to terminate 

    our coaching agreement before the end of our predetermined time (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, etc.), there will be an early cancellation fee 

     equivalent to one month's work of coaching fees. 

3. All Group or Team Programs

    Once a program has been determined as viable for your group or team, and a financial coaching agreement is signed, all parties agree to fulfill their 

     portion of the contract. Agreeing to collaborate with me means a group or team understands that my fees are non-refundable. If the group or team 

     decides to terminate the coaching agreement before the predetermined time (1 group/team presentation or a series of presentations) there will be an 

     early cancellation fee equivalent to the agreed speaker fee in the signed coaching agreement plus the cost of any materials purchased or copied for the 

     presentation(s). 

 4. Changes to this Refund Policy

    Grace Financial Coaching reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. When I do, I will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
