This privacy notice explains how Grace Financial Coaching collects, uses, protects, and discloses information gathered from users of this website and learning and coaching services.

1. Information Collected

    Information will be collected to provide you with coaching services, processing payments, and to improve your website 

     experience.

    A. Information You Voluntarily Provide (Directly Collected)

      1. Contact data such as your name, physical address, email address, phone number when you sign up for courses, either 

          virtually or in-person, and when you book a coaching session.

     2. Financial data such as your income, debt amounts, spending habits, savings and investment goals, and other 

         planning of services, and other data you share during coaching sessions. NOTE: This sensitive data is kept strictly

         confidential and is never shared outside of your direct coaching relationship.

     3. Behavioral data such as your responses to questionnaires and assessments (e.g. Financial Well-Being Assessment, 

          course assessments, etc.). The Financial Well-Being Assessment will be administered at the beginning of

          your direct coaching relationship and at least one other time during this relationship.

B.  Automatically Collected Information

      1. Usage data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages viewed. This data is collected via 

          tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics and similar software) to measure website performance.

2. How Your Information is Used

    Your information collected is used for the following purposes.

    A. Service delivery for personalized coaching sessions, tracking your progress through the coaching process, and to 

         fulfill our contractual obligations.

    B. Communication for scheduling appointments, sending invoices, and delivering requested resources virtually or in-

         person (e.g. planning documents, debt elimination progress and so forth).

    C. Marketing and improvement for providing you with relevant ads (if you’ve visited the website) and to analyze 

         website traffic to improve the clarity, functionality, and relevance of our services. 

    D. Legal compliance for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal  processes.

3. Data Confidentiality and Security

    I take the security of your financial and personal data seriously.

    A. Confidentiality regarding all client conversations and specific financial data shared during direct coaching sessions, 

         or if shared through a virtual coaching session will be maintained as confidential as outlined in your signed

         Coaching Agreement and are not shared with any third parties, except as required by law.

     B. Security measures regarding any data is guarded through industry-standard encryption, secure cloud storage, and 

          access controls to protect your data.

4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

    I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. I may share generic aggregated 

    demographic information (which is not linked to any personal identification information) with our business partners for 

    analysis.

    I may use trusted third-party service providers (like scheduling software, payment processors, or email marketing 

    services) to help me operate my business. These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements to use your data 

    only for the purposes outlined by me.

5. Your Choices and Rights

     You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data I have on file.

     A. Opt-Out is a way for you to opt-out of receiving marketing or promotional emails from us by following the 

          unsubscribe instructions in those emails.

     B. Data access is a review or request changes to your personal data, please contact me using the information below.

6. Changes to this Privacy Notice

    Grace Financial Coaching reserves the right to update this Privacy Notice at any time. When I do, I will revise the 

    “Effective Date” at the top of this page. I encourage you to check this page frequently for any changes.
