As my husband and I began to take control of our finances, and even though we were partially debt free several times throughout our marriage, we knew we needed to figure out what was keeping us from being completely debt free. The most important piece was growing up and strengthening our relationship with God. We were not strong in our faith. We also didn't communicate well with each other about money and so missed the opportunity to allow God to guide us to a better solution.

The second important piece was finding the Ramsey Solutions website. We quickly realized we had done everything backwards and without finishing the processes to be completely debt free. Well, we are now completely debt free (we were both retired when this happened) and we are loving life! We have been able to be a generous giver to our church and to causes we believe in. We have also taken a "bucket list" trip overseas to places we never thought we would ever have the chance to visit (all without a credit card).

As a coach, I bring valuable knowledge learned from my personal financial experiences, as well as from training in financial coaching. As a retired educator, I realized I could use my Ramsey Financial Coach Master Training and Ramsey Preferred Coach Training to help others who are just starting on their own financial journey as well as helping those who are still trying to find the financial freedom they desire. I would consider it an honor and a privilege to help anyone reach their financial freedom and fulfill their life-long dreams.
